Intelsat 9 is expected to begin drifting no 13. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests 30 days, beginning April 1, 2017, of Special Temporary Authority to use its Hagerstown, Maryland Ku−band earth station, call sign E140121, to provide telemetry, tracking, and command services for Intelsat 9 (S2380) during its drift from 43.1 W.L. to 29.5 W.L. Intelsat 9 is expected to begin drifting no earlier than April 1, 2017, and the drift will take approximately two months. 5
