Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing February 14, 2017, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland Ku-band earth station, call sign KA258, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for SKY-B1; telemetry, tracking, and command during in-orbit testing at 33.0 W.L.; IOT services at 33.0 W.L.; TT&C during the drift of SKY-B1 to its final location of 43.1 W.L.; and TT&C on-station at 43.1 W.L. SKY-B1, a U.S.-licensed satellite, is expected to be launched on February 14, 2017.
