Intelsat License LLC herein requests thirty days, beginning January 1, 2017, of Special Temporary Authority to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku—band earth station, call sign KL92, to provide telemetry, tracking, and command services for Intelsat 1R (S$2368) during its drift from 50.1 W.L. to 169.2 E.L. 13.
