Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Hagerstown, Maryland Earth Station KA275 File No. SES—STA—INTR2016—02635 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA"). Specifically, Intelsat is updating the record to reflect a new commencement and new launch date. Accordingly, the first paragraph should read: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days, commencing December 22, 2016, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland C—band earth station—call sign KA275—to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the StarOne—D1 satellite. StarOne—D1 is expected to be launched on December 22, 2016. The LEOP period is expected to last approximately fifteen days.
