Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Hagerstown, Maryland Earth Station KA258 File No. SES—STA—20161130—00920 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA"). Specifically, Intelsat is updating the record to reflect a new commencement and new launch date. Accordingly, the first paragraph should read: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days, commencing no earlier than December 21, 2016, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland Ku—band earth station—call sign KA258—to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the JCSAT—15 satellite. JCSAT—15 is expected to be launched on December 21, 2016. Intelsat expects the LEOP period to last approximately ten days.
