Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing December 24, 2016, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland Ku−band earth station, call sign KA258, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the JCSAT−15 satellite. JCSAT−15 is expected to be launched on December 24, 2016. 13.
