File Number: SES—STA—20161110—00884 Call Sign: E050287 SES Americom, Inc., is granted, under the following conditions, special temporary authority for 30 days, from December 05, 2016, to operateits fixed earthstation (EO50287) in Mount Airy, MD, to provide telecommand and telemetry of the ASTRA 3A satellite during relocation of the satellite from its current position at 86.85° W.L. to 47.0° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 14499 MHz (Earth—to—space), and 11450.25 MHz and 11699.50 MHz (space—to— Earth). 1. Operations underthis authority are on a non—interference basis only. 2. Operations under this authority are on a non—protected basis only. 3. In the event that thereis a report of interference, SES‘s must immediately terminate transmissions and notify the FCC in writing. 4. The operations will be coordinated with all operators ofsatellites that use the same frequency bands arid are in the relocation path. All operators of satellites in that path will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmful interference occurs. 5.
