SES−STA−20160426−00372 and SES−STA− 20160624−00604 to operate an earth station with two 2.4 meter antennas in Pago Pago, American Samoa, with the O3b U.K.−licensed non−geostationary Ka−band satellite system 13. SES−STA−20160426−00372 and SES−STA−20160624−00604 to operate an earth station with two 2.4 meter antennas in Pago Pago, American Samoa, with the O3b U.K.− licensed non−geostationary Ka−band satellite system (call sign S2935). Extension of the STA is sought pending action on an application for a permanent license at this location, File No. SES− LIC−20160714−00658. SES−GS incorporates by reference the supporting information that was submitted with File No. SES−STA−20160426−00372. 5
