Uplink to BRIsat satellite on the frequencies from 6416.0 MHz to 6419.0 MHz (LHCP) coordinated emission and power limits. 2. Downlink from BRIsat satellite on frequencies from 4 0 MHz to 4196.0 MHz (LHCP). 3. The LEOP operations must be coordinated with all operators of satellites that use the same frequency bands and are in the LEOP path. All operators of satellites in that path will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmful interference occurs. Currently the 24x7 contact information for the BRIsat satellite LEOP mission is as follows: Cell phone: (609) 865—2658 and station number (908) 859—4050 ). All operations shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis, Lockheed Martin, E4132, shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station and it shall cease transmission(s) immediately upon notice of such interference. 5. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future Lockheed Martin applications. 6.
