Row 44, Inc. requests authority for an additional period of 60 days, commencing no later than 5/05/2016, to continue operating up to 300 authorized ESAA antennas using Ku-band capacity on the AMC-1 satellite at 129.15 degrees W.L. Row 44's modification application to add AMC-1 to its license (Call Sign E080100) as a point of communication is pending. See Attached Narrative.
