Attachment 1 Application for Earth Station STA _ DataPath, Inc. (DataPath) filed a modification application (SES—MOD—20151103—00813) for its current Temporary—Fixed Satellite earth station license (EO80209) in order to add four (4) new ._ transportable (non—site specific) antennas (QCT90) for customer demonstration purposes. The application was dismissed without prejudice. DataPath plans to refile the modification application and is requesting a 60—day STA in the interim in order to perform customer demonstrations. The QCT90s will operate with Galaxy 18 @ 123 West. The File Number for the most recent modification approved for this license is SES—MOD— 20090317—00331. The grant of this application will serve the public interest by allowing DataPath to demonstrate this innovative antenna that will facilitate remote communications for aerospace, broadcast, government, and infrastructure customers.
