(“Ha\\%z’j Pacific®) is granted a special temporary authority, under the following conditions, for 96—days, beginning April 6, 2016, to operate a 1.2 meter antenna located at its Kapolei ?lfl lu), HI teleport to provide in—orbit testing ("IOT") ofthe Nimig—2 at 148° E.L. orbital location in the 29.50—30 GHz (Earth—to— space) frequency band. 1. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis. Intelsat‘s shall not cause harmfulinterference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 2. In the event of any harmful interference under this grant of STA, Hawaii Pacific must cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference, and must inform the Commission, in writing, immediately of such an event. 3. Grantofthis authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future Hawaii Pacific‘s applications. 4. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at Hawaii Pacific‘s risk. 5.
