Application: Hawaii Pacific Teleport, L.P. File No.: SES—STA—20160323—00268 Call Sign: None Special Temporary Authority Hawaii Pacific Teleport, L.P. ("Hawaii Pacific‘) is granted a special temporary authority, under the following conditions, for 90days, beginning April 6, 2016, to operate a 1.2 meter antenna located at its Kapolei (fi Iu), HI teleport to provide in—orbit testing ("IOT") of the Nimigq—2 at 148° E.L. orbital location in the 29.50—30 GHz (Earth—to— space) frequency band. 1. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis. Intelsat‘s shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 2. In the event of any harmful interference under this grant of STA, Hawaii Pacific must cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference, and must 1nform the Commission, in writing, immediately of such an event. 3. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future Hawaii Pacific‘s applications. 4. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at Hawaii Pacific‘s risk. 5. This action is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission‘s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. §0.261, and is effective immediately.
