| 12. Description.
Telesat Network Services, Inc., pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission's rules, hereby requests Special Temporary Authority to operate a temporary-fixed 4.6-m mobile antenna at its Mt. Jackson, VA teleport, for a 30-day period to begin on March 1, 2016, to permit testing of facilities that will communicate with the Telstar 12 Vantage satellite.
