Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing March 10, 2016, to use its Fillmore, California C−band earth station, call sign E4132, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System 1F satellite. IRNSS−1F is expected to be launched on March 13. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing March 10, 2016, to use its Fillmore, California C−band earth station, call sign E4132, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System 1F satellite. IRNSS−1F is expected to be launched on March 10, 2016. The LEOP period is expected to last approximately 10 days. 5
