Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Earth Station KL92 File No. SES—STA—20160205—00121 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") to use the above referenced earth station to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") for the Eutelsat—65W satellite. Specifically, the launch date has changed from March 8, 2016 to March 4, 2016. The first paragraph should now read: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days, commencing March 4, 2016, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku—band earth station—call sign KL92—to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the Eutelsat—65W satellite. Eutelsat—65W is expected to be launched on March 4, 2016. The LEOP period is expected to last approximately 10 days.
