(“Harris CapRock”) is writing to clarify certain information in its recently granted requests for special temporary authorization (“STA”) and the associated pending modification applications, identified below. The STA requests were developed to mirror Harris CapRock’s requests for long-term authority to add “Permitted List” as an authorized point of communication to the subject licenses. However, during the requested period of temporary operations, Harris CapRock will only communicate with Galaxy 28 (G28) at the 89° W.L. orbital location. Accordingly, Harris CapRock will not utilize full “Permitted List” authority during this period and the Commission may wish to condition the grant accordingly.
