7777777 o(-{oc;/lol 6 mEO4ol4S cram D (or other identifier Application: Intelsat License LLC QJ wl ""calosfdpit wfhel? lles File No.: SES—STA—20151222—00968 Call Sign: E040125 Special TemporaryAuthority (STA) Intelsat License LLC is granted a STA extension from SES—STA—20151119—00853, for 30 days, beginning January 5, 2016, to operateits C—band earth station, call sign EO40125, in Riverside, California, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command ("TT&C") services for Intelsat 805 satellite ($2404) to drift the space station from the 55.5° W.L. orbital location to the 169° E.L. under the following conditions: 1. Intelsat will perform the operations in the uplink frequencies (Earth—to—space): 6173.70 MHz and 6176.30 MHz and the downlink frequencies (space—to—Earth): 3947.50 MHz, 3948.00 MHz, 3952.00 MHz and 3952.50 MHz, within coordinated emission and power limits. 2. During the drift from 55.5 W.L. to the satellite‘s permanent orbital location 169° E.L., Intelsat will coordinate with operators of co—frequency satellites in the drift path. 3. All operators ofsatellites will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmfulinterference occurs, Currently the 24x7 contact information for the Intelsat 805 mission is as follows: Ph.: (703) 559—7701 — East Coast Operations Center (primary); (310) 525—5591 — West Coast Operations Center (back—up). Request to speak with Harry Burnham or Kevin Bell. 4. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis. Intelsat‘s E040125 shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 5. In the event of any harmful interference under this grant of STA, Intelsat License LLC E040125 must cease operations immediately upon notification ofsuch interference, and must inform the Commission, in writing, immediatelyofsuch an event. 6. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future Intelsat License LLC applications. 7. Anyaction taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely ‘at Intelsat License LLC‘s risk. 8. Operations during the period December 31, 2015 to the date of this grant were authorized pursuant to Section 1.62 ofthe Commission‘s rules 47 C.F. R. § 1.62. 9. This action is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission‘s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. §0.261, and is effective immediately.
