Galaxy 11 is expected to begin drifting no 13. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing November 15, 2015, to use its Ellenwood, Georgia Ku−band earth station, call sign E000048, to provide telemetry, tracking, and command services for Galaxy 11 (S2253) during its drift from 55.6 W.L. to 60.1 E.L. Galaxy 11 is expected to begin drifting no earlier than November 15, 2015. The drift is expected to take approximately six months. 5
