Applicant: EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation Call Sign: E080120 File No.: SES-STA-20150925-00647 Special Temporary Authority (STA) EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) is granted STA, beginning October 14, 2015, for 60 days, to operate its fixed earth station, 3.7 meter antenna, in Cheyenne, WY with the following satellites: ECHOSTAR 1 at 77° W.L., ECHOSTAR 8 at 76.85° W.L, Echostar and Dish satellites at 61.5°, 110°, and 119° WL clusters, CIEL 2 satellite at 128.85° W.L., NIMIQ 5 at 72.7° W.L., ECHOSTAR 15 at 45.1° W.L, and ECHOSTAR 6 (S2232) at 96.2° W.L. in the 17300 -17310 MHz, 17300- 17800 MHz, and 17790- 17800 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 12200 -12210 MHz, and 12690 - 12700 MHz (space- to-Earth) frequency bands under the following conditions: Operations must comply with the technical parameters specified in its underlying application, IBFS File no. SES-AMD-201501 14-00009. 2. Grant of this STA is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation applications. 3. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non- harmful interference basis. EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation E0 10242 shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 4. In the event of any harmful interference as a result of operations under this grant of STA, Echo Star Broadcasting Corporation shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shall immediately inform the Commission, in writing, of such an event. 5. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation's risk. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.26 1 of the Commission's rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261, and is effective upon release.
