Dear Ms. Dortch,

This letter serves as a response to FCC inquiry on 30 September, 2015 regarding the above
mentioned Application for Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) filed by Inmarsat on 23
September, 2015. The two inquiries are numbered below with answers following.

   1. Which antennas will be at each site? Are all three antenna types at each location or only
      one at each location?

Inmarsat anticipates using and testing each of the three different antenna types at each different
location.

   2. Please provide the manufacturer, antenna model and certification that each antenna
      complies 47 U.S.C. §25.209 gain patterns or 47 U.S.C. §25.138 EIRP patterns.

Manufacturer: Skyware
Model: Sky98 (98cm)

Manufacturer: L3
Models: Panther (60cm)
        Cheetah (85cm)

Inmarsat confirms that the terminals will comply with §25.138 of the Commission’s rules.

I can be reached by email at louis.rosa@inmarsat.com or by phone at 202.696.1401 and am at your
disposal should you have further questions.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
