(OothIdo4 Applicant: Intelsat License LLC Fro\ Call Sign: E040125 GRANTED File No.: SES-STA-20150921-00601 Hrnationa1 Bureau Approved'AJZ4(c( -U Special Temporary Authority (STA) - Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") is granted Special Temporary Authority (STA) for 30 days beginning September 25, 2015, to use its Riverside, California C-band earth station, Call Sign E040125, to provide launch and early orbit phase (LEOP) services for Eutelsat- 115 WB satellite, licensed by the Mexican administration, as it drifts to its permanent 114.9° W.L. orbital location under the following conditions: 1. Uplink (Earth-to-space) frequencies will be on 6423.50 MHz and 6421.50 MHz (LHCP) center frequency within coordinated emission and power limits. 2. Downlink (space-to-Earth) frequencies will be on 4199.00 MHz and 4199.8 MHz (LHCP) center frequencies. The LEOP operations must be coordinated with all operators of satellites that use the same frequency bands and are in the LEOP path. All operators of satellites in that path will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmful interference occurs. Currently the 24x7 contact information for the Eutelsat- 115 satellite LEOP mission is as follows: Ph.: (703) 559-7701 -East Coast Operations Center (primary); (310) 525-5591- West Coast Operations Center (back-up). Requests to speak with Harry Bumham or Kevin Bell. 4. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non- harmful interference basis. Intelsat's E040125 shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 5. Grant of this STA is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future Intelsat License LLC applications. 6. This STA can only be used to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the Eutelsat- 115 WB satellite. 7. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at Intelsat License LLC's risk. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.26 1 of the Commission's rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.26 1, and is effective upon release.
