This letter serves as a response to FCC inquiry on 30 September, 2015 regarding the above
mentioned Application for Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) filed by Inmarsat on 17
September, 2015. The two inquiries are numbered below with answers following.

   1. Please provide the manufacturer, antenna model and certification that each antenna
      complies 47 U.S.C. §25.209 gain patterns or 47 U.S.C. §25.138 EIRP patterns.

Manufacturer: L3
Models: Cheetah II (85cm)

Inmarsat confirms that the terminal will comply with §25.138 of the Commission’s rules.
