Intelsat License LLC is granted a STA extension from SES-STA-20150717-00460, for 30 days,
from September 19 to October 19, 2015, to operate its C-band earth station, Call Sign KA275,
located in, Hagerstown, Maryland, to provide launch and early orbit phase (LEOP) services and
telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) during in-orbit testing (TOT) at 51.5 ° W.L. and
TT&C during the drift of the U.S. licensed Intelsat 34 satellite to its final location at 55.5° W.L.
The LEOP and TT&C operations during TOT will be under the following conditions:

     1.   Uplink (Earth-to-space) frequency to Intelsat 34 satellite are 6173.70 MHz and 6176.30
          MHz (LHCP) center frequency within coordinated emission and power limits.

     2. Downlink (space-to-Earth) frequencies from Intelsat 34 satellite are 3949 MHz, 3949.50
        MHz, 3950.50 MHz, and 3951 MHz (RHCP) center frequenôies.

     3.   Intelsat will coordinate the proposed JOT operations at JOT location 51.50 W.L. with
          operators of co-frequency satellites. During the drift from 51.5° W.L. to the satellites
          permanent orbital location 55.5° W.L. Intelsat will coordinate with operators of co-
          frequency satellites in the drift path.

     4. The LEOP operations must be coordinated with all operators of satellites that use the
        same frequency bands and are in the LEOP path. All operators of satellites in that path
        will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in
        the event that harmful interference occurs. Currently the 24x7 contact information for
        the Intelsat 34 satellite LEOP mission is as follows: Ph.: (703) 559-7701 -East Coast
        Operations Center (primary); (310) 525-5591- West Coast Operations Center (back-up).

     4.   All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non-harmful
          interference basis. Intelsat's KA275 shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall
          not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio
          communication system.

     5.   Tn the event of any harmful interference as a result of operations under this grant of
          STA, thtelsat shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference
          and shall immediately inform the Commission, in writing, of such an event.

     6. Grant of this STA is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may
        make regarding pending or future Intelsat License LLC applications.

     7. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is
        solely at Intelsat License LLC's risk.

     8. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.26 1 of the Commission's rules on delegated
        authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261, and is effective upon release.
