Applicant: EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation Call Sign: E080120 File No.: SES-STA-20 150910-00573 Special Temporary Authority (STA) EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation is granted Special Temporary Authority (STA) for 30 days beginning October 02, 2015, to use its Cheyenne, WY. Ku-band earth station, Call sign E080 120, to provide telemetry, tracking, and control ("TT&C") service during EchoStar 15's relocation and operations as an in-orbit spare at the 61 .65°W.L orbital location under the following conditions: 1. Uplink (Earth-to-space) frequency band will be on 17300.0- 17800.0 MHz (RHCP) center frequency within coordinated emission and power limits. 2. Downlink (space-to-Earth) frequency band will be on 12200.0 - 12700.0 MHz (LHCP & RHCP) center frequencies. 3. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and non- harmful interference basis. EchoStar 15(S2811) shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 4. Grant of this STA is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future Echo Star Broadcasting Corporation applications. 5. This STA can only be used to provide telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C) function services for EchoStar 15 at 61.65° W.L. 6. Any action taken or expense incuned as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation LLC's risk. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission's rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261, and is effective upon release.
