Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Hagerstown, Maryland Earth Station KA258 Submission _id :1B2015001587 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA"). Specifically, Intelsat is correcting the frequency polarity. Accordingly, the second paragraph should now read: The ArSat—2 LEOP operations will be performed in the following frequencies: 14001.750 MHz (RHCP) and 14499.600 MHz (LHCP) in the uplink, and 11701.750 MHz and 12198.250 MHz (RHCP) in the downlink. The LEOP operations will be coordinated with all operators of satellites that use the same frequency bands and are in the LEOP path. All operators of satellites in that path will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmful interference occurs.
