Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Earth Station KA275 File No. SES—STA—20150612—00360 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") to use the above referenced earth station to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") for the StarOne—C4 satellite. Specifically, the launch date has changed. The first paragraph should now read: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days, commencing July 2, 2015, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland C—band earth station—call sign KA275—to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the StarOne—C4 satellite. StarOne—C4 is expected to be launched no earlier than July 2, 2015. The LEOP period is expected to last approximately 10 days.
