Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Earth Station KL92 File No. SES—STA—20150602—00320 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") to use the above referenced earth station to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") for the SES—9 satellite. Specifically, the launch date has changed from July 22, 2015 to August 13, 2015 and the expected length of 14 days. The first paragraph should now read: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days, commencing August 13, 2015, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku—band earth station—call sign KL92— to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the SES—9 satellite. SES—9 is expected to be launched on July 22, 2015. The LEOP period is expected to last approximately 14 days.
