| 12. Description.
Allen Holdings, Inc. filed an application to modify E000232 on April 1, 2015 (File Number SES-MOD-20150401-00187). This request seeks an extension of the STA to operate E000232 using an alternate satellite (File Number SES-STA-20150213-00075 as most recently extended by SES-STA-20150421-00244) and conversion to a Prior Use STA. The requested extension, will allow Allen Holdings, Inc. to continue to provide service to the military while the modification application is processed.
