O3b Limited requests an extension of authority, for a period of 180 days, to operate two (2) 1.2 meter antennas at a facility in Bristow, VA, with the O3b FSS NGSO satellite system licensed by the United Kingdom in the 27.6-28.4 GHz and 28.6-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) and the 17.8-18.6 GHz and 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
