Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Notice of Withdrawal File No. SES—STA—20150326—00182 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") hereby withdraws its comments to Inmarsat Mobile Networks Inc.‘s ("Inmarsat") above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA"). Intelsat no longer objects to Inmarsat‘s use of the Paumalu, Hawaii earth station, Call Sign KA25, for in—orbit testing of the Inmarsat—5 F3 spacecraft at 179.0° E.L. Intelsat notes, however, that Inmarsat has not yet reached coordination with Intelsat regarding the satellite‘s operation at its permanent location, which must be sufficiently separated from Inmarsat‘s ITU—filed location of 180.0° E.L. to prevent harmful interference to Intelsat‘s long—standing satellite operations at 180.0° E.L.
