Operations are limited to authority to transmit conduct telemetry, tracking and command ("TT&C") signals on center frequencies 17,312.50; and 18,087.50 MHz (Earth—to—space) at 64.7 dBW/4kHz and receive on center frequencies, 11,452.50; 11,710.50; and 12,492.00 MHz (space—to—Earth). 2. All operations shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis. Intelsat, shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station and it shall cease transmission(s) immediately upon notice of such interference. 3. Astra—2G is expected to be launched on November 28, 2014. 13.
