Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Hagerstown, Maryland Earth Stations KA258 File No. SES—STA—20141030—00833 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") to use the above referenced earth station located at its Hagerstown, Maryland teleport to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") for the Astra—2G satellite that is expected to be launched on December 27, 2014. Specifically, Intelsat corrects the fifth paragraph to read: Finally, Intelsat clarifies that during the Astra—2G launch, Airbus will serve as the mission manager. Airbus will build and send the commands to the Intelsat antenna, which will process and execute the commands. Telemetry received by Intelsat will be forwarded to Airbus. Intelsat will remain in control of the baseband unit, RF equipment, and antenna. Please direct any further questions regarding this STA request to the undersigned at (703) 559—6949.
