As a result of a change in terminal equipment availability, O3b has changed the date on which it will commence operations at the Naval Aviation (NAVAIR) Special Communications Requirements (SCR) Division in St. Inigoes, Maryland to June 1, 2015. 1 Accordingly, O3b hereby updates its above-referenced pending STA extension request to seek a license term beginning on July 1, 2015 until and including December 28, 2015.
