Request for STA On July 3, 2014, an application, SES-ASG-20140703-00564, was filed requesting the assignment of license of earth station E040124 from KUIL License Company, LLC to KMOV- TV, Inc. A concurrently-filed FCC Form 345 application, BALDTL-20140703AGG-AGJ for KUIL-LD was also filed on July 3, 2014 and was granted by the FCC on August 15, 2014. The closing of this transaction is scheduled for August 2014. Since the earth station application is still on public notice as accepted for filing and the parties wish to consummate the transaction, KUIL License Company, LLC and KMOV-TV, Inc. hereby request special temporary authority to include earth station E040124 as part of the consummation of this transaction assigning the licenses to KMOV-TV, Inc. 13770734.1
