File No: SES—STA—20140623—00542 Call Sign: None Universal Space Network Inc. is granted special temporary authority, with conditions, to operate its fixed earth station in Naalehu, HI, for 30 days from July 9, 2014 to the French Space Agency, CNES, and Swedish Space Corporation (SSC) with the launch of the O3B—VS08 launch vehicle to support the preinjection burn of the vehicle during a single pass for a duration of 112 minutes. USN will only receive telemetry and tracking information from the vehicle on center frequency 2218.0 MHz (space— to—Earth) under the following conditions: 1. All operations shall be on an unprotected, non—interference basis. 2. This authorization does not grant either market access or spectrum coordination for any payloads on the launch vehicle. 3. Universal Space Network will inform FCC (Paul.Blais@ 202—418—7274) at least 24 hours prior to the operations. 4.
