Description Row 44, Inc. seeks extension special temporary authority for an additional 60−day period from July 1, 2014 through August 29, 2014 to operate its licensed Ku−band Earth Stations Aboard Aircraft network (Call Sign E080100) using conventional Ku−band capacity (11.7−12.2/14.0−14.5 GHz) on Satmex 5 at 114.9 degrees W.L. while its application for permanent modification of its license to add this (and other satellites) as a point of communication remains pending. This authority was previously granted on May 1, 2014 in FCC File No. SES−STA−20140205−00054, and that application is incorporated herein by reference. 5
