Request for an extension of a 60-day STA to begin using a new 6.3m antenna (to be added to E930289) with the NSS-9 and IS-18 satellites. The FCC has previously granted an STA for such purpose (see File Nos. SES-STA-20140114-00024, SES-STA-20140319-00152). SES is seeking a 60-day extension of that STA pending the grant of regular earth station authority (see File No. SES-MOD-20140114-00021, on public notice 4/2/2014). All of the information submitted with those applications are hereby incorporated herein by reference. SES regrets that an extension of the previous STA was not timely filed due to inadvertence. SES respectfully requests a back-dating of grant of this STA to 6/4/2014 for continuity of authority.
