(“SES-GS”), by its attorney and pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby updates the record regarding the above-referenced special temporary authority (“STA”) SES-GS was granted to operate an earth station in Bristow, VA communicating with the O3b Ka-band non-geostationary orbit (“NGSO”) satellite fleet. Specifically, O3b has advised SES-GS that O3b has filed new information with the Commission concerning an expansion of the possible configurations in which O3b positions its NGSO satellites. 1 SES-GS has reviewed the O3b document and incorporates it by reference herein.
