Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing April 15, 2014, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland Ku−band earth station, call sign KA258, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the Eutelsat−3B satellite that is expected to be launched on April 15, 2014. The LEOP period is expected to last 13.
