SES-MOD- 20121023-00963, SES-AFS-20130920-00833 & SES-AFS-20140203-00029 – Clarification Letter Pursuant to Section 1.65 of the FCC’s Rules Dear Ms. Dortch: Row 44, Inc. (“Row 44”) hereby responds to an inquiry received yesterday from Andrea Kelly and Paul Blais of the FCC’s International Bureau. Specifically, the Bureau has requested a minor clarification concerning the above-referenced modification application, as amended, concerning the specific remote terminals authorized under the current license with which the additional satellite points of communication requested will be used. Row 44, Inc. hereby clarifies that the four new satellite points of communication specified in the amended modification application are intended for use only with Remote Antenna No. 2, which is the 0.62 meter Ku-Stream antenna manufactured by TECOM. There is no change in the authority requested with respect to Remote Antenna No. 1 (which is not currently in use). Row 44 also takes this opportunity to update the contact information for use in the event that there are interference issues with respect to its operations. Effective March 1, 2014, the 24- hour contact information is as follows:
