Request for Extension of TT&C STA On November 18, 2013, Hawaii Pacific Teleport, L.P. (“HPT”) was granted special temporary authorization ("STA") to communicate with ASTRA 3A for drift operation as the spacecraft is relocated to provide tracking, telemetry and command (“TT&C) services (File Number SES-STA-20131030-00914). An extension of this STA was granted on December 24, 2013 (File Number SES-STA-20131217-01200). This application requests a further extension of the STA to allow HPT to continue to provide TT&C support for ASTRA 3A. {00601485-2 }
