Operations under this authority are on a non—protected basis only. In the event that there is a report of interference, SES Americom, Inc. must immediately terminate transmissions and notify the FCC in writing. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at SES Americom, Inc. risk. Grant of this authority is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding SES Americom Inc. pending application SES—MFS—20131108—00950. Operations must not exceed the two degree space station interference analysis limits, PFD limits, and TT&C contour maps provided in the "STA Narrative" attachment to IBFS File No. SES—STA—20130722—00653. This authorization does not authorize market access to or from any earth stations in the United States, its territories or its possessions.
