| 12. Description.
SES respectfully requests a 60-day extension of the STA to use the 9M antenna on E000152 to perform TT&C only with NSS-806 to maintain the satellite at 47.5W. The FCC has previously granted an STA for use of this antenna to perform such TT&C operations (see File Nos. SES-STA-20130912-00793, SES-STA-20131023-00886), but due to an oversight, a request for extension of this STA was not filed in advance of its expiration date, November 28, 2013. Grant of this STA is in the public interest as it will facilitate safe operation of NSS-806. All operations will be performed on a non-interference, non-protected basis, and on the same terms as the previously granted STA.
