| 12. Description.
SES Americom, Inc. ('SES') requests a 60-day extension of an STA previously granted to use NWM-16 and NWM-17 on E000696 to communicate with SES-6 in certain C-band frequencies (3625-4200 MHz downlink; 5850-6425 MHz). See File No. SES-SAT-20130629-00558 (granted Aug. 14, 2013), File No. SES-SAT-20130911-00719 (granted Sept. 18, 2013). SES is requesting this STA extension pending grant of a permanent modification to the license to add these antennas to the E000696 license. See File No. SES-MFS-20130604-00470. SES-6 at 40.5W has already been granted US market access in the requested frequencies. See File No. SAT-PPL-20120717-00117, Call Sign S2870.
