12. Description. University of Northwestern-St. Paul is requesting an extension of the STA granted on September 18, 2013 for the operation of station E020301 facilities. On September 18, the Commission accepted for filing the applicant's July 5, 2013 application for a new station license to authorize use of the same facilities (SES-LIC-20130705-00571). The requested extension will enable the applicant to continue to provide programming to its radio stations pending grant of the requested new station license.Please see the initial STA request for additional information, if required.
