Request for Extension of Special Temporary Authority

Televisa, S.A de C.V., a Mexican corporation and an applicant for FCC authority to
license temporary fixed Earth stations, pursuant to Sections 74.433 and 1.931 of the
Commission's Rules, had requested and received Special Temporary Authority for a period of 60
days to operate TVSA-Mob 1:

       Applicant: TELEVISA, SA de CV
       Call Sign: E130127
       File Number: SES-STA-20130715-00588
       Special Temporary Authority (STA)

TELEVISA, SA de CV is granted STA, under special operation conditions, for a period
       of 60 days.

3700-4200 MHz frequencies as downlink with ALSAT-designated authority using the
Vertex 2.4 m antenna model SM-LT at antenna gain of 42.0 dBi at 6.175 MHz and 38.1
       dBi at 3.95 MHz.

       2. Emission designator of 36M0G7W with Maximum Effective Isotropic Radiated

from, interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station and it shall cease
transmission(s) immediately upon notice of such interference.

       4. Grant of this STA is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission
       may make pending application SES-LIC-20130715-00587/SES-AMD-20130719-00650.

       5. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this
STA is solely at TELEVISA, SA de CV’s risk.

Because the underlying FCC Form 312 for Televisa Mob-1 has not yet been acted upon
by the FCC, and the current STA expires this coming Saturday, September 14, Televisa hereby
requests an extension of the current STA for an additional period of 60 days in order to
undertake broadcasts in numerous cities during upcoming events.

During the extension period, Televisa will operate Mob-1 in accordance with the
conditions specified above and, in each case, no broadcast will take place until frequency
coordination at the particular location for the selected date has been undertaken and confirmed.

The purpose of this request is to allow Televisa, a network organization operating in
Mexico, to carry the live telecasts of sporting events of significant interest to its viewers -- each
of which events are scheduled outside the control of Televisa.

Because of the imminent nature of the prospective telecasts, urgent action on this request
for STA is respectfully requested.

If there are any questions with respect to this request, please contact the undersigned
counsel for Televisa, S.A. de C.V.
