(SES Americom) is granted extension of SES—STA—20130621—00523 to operate its fixed earth station Call Sign E980076 for 30 days to provide international services to its customers on a continuing basis using the 9.3 meter antenna to communicate with NSS—806 satellite at 40.5° W.L. in place of the licensed 9.0 meter antenna under Call Sign E000152 is under maintenance work. The STA is granted under the following conditions: 1) SES Americom will transmit in the 5850—5925 MHz, 6491—6650 MHz frequencies with the maximum eirp and eirp density not to exceed the coordinated power levels of73.8 dBW eirp and 43.0 dBW/4kHz eirp density for any carrier in these bands. All uplinks from the 9.3 meter antenna in these bands will be received from outside of the United States. 2) SES Americom will receive in the 3625—3700 MHz frequencies. All downlinks received on the 9.3 meter antenna in this band will be up linked from outside of the United States. 3) SES Americom will perform TT &C operation with NSS—806 in the C—band frequencies: 6173 .7 MHz, 6176.3 MHz, 3947.5 MHz, 3948 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, 3952 MHz, 3950 MHz; and that the power levels will not exceed the maximum coordinated power level under its earth station licensed E980076. 4) SES Americom shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 5) In the event of any harmful interference as a result of operations under this grant of special temporary authority, SES Americom shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shall immediately inform the Commission, in writing, of such an event. 6) Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at SES Americom‘s risk. 7) Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any future FCC enforcement action in connection with any unauthorized operation of radio facilities. 8) Operations from August 2, 2013 to grant of this extension were authorized pursuantto section 1.62 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. a\—opG1w SSEq&G13\ | es css°_ omm_§—HP {or other zdcnufiar) !
