12. Description. University of Northwestern-St. Paul (f/k/a Northwestern College)is requesting an extension of the STA granted on June 26, 2013 for the operation of former station E020301 facilities. On July 5, 2013,the applicant filed an application for a new station license to authorize use of the same facilities(Station E130123; File No. SES-LIC-20130705-00571). This application is pending at the Commission. The requested extension will allow the applicant to continue to provide programming to its radio stations pending grant of a license for station E130123. Please see the initial STA request for additional information, if necessary.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
