Dome Productions SES—STA—20130719—00700 Special Temporary Authority Dome Productions (Dome) is granted Special Temporary Authority (STA) for 14days, from 08/16/2013 thru 08/29/2013 at various times for support of equipment demonstration and broadcast support to operate a 1.8 meter Ku—band transmit/receive earth station at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Buffalo, New York to communicate with the Galaxy 17 (call sign $2715) satellite at the 91° W orbital location using the 14—14.5 GHz (space—to—Earth) and 11.7—12.2 GHz (Earth— to—space) frequency bands. This grant of STA is subject to the following conditions: 1) Operations under this STA shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station and it shall cease transmission(s) immediately upon notice of such interference. 2) Grant of this STA is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding other pending applications.. 3) Transmitter(s) must be turned off during antenna maintenance to ensure compliance with the FCC—specified safety guidelines for human exposure to radiofrequency radiation in the region between the antenna feed and the reflector.
